Desall.com, the Open Innovation platform that connects companies with a world-wide community of creative talents, is now looking for a new Sales manager to help boost the services reach and the Clients portfolio. The candidate shall have at least 2 years of experience as sales manager, excellent English and Italian proficiency, a goal oriented attitude.
The candidate will first assist the current sales manager and might then earn further responsibilities:
In particular, s/he will have to:
– acquire new Clients from the national and international markets;
– find new strategies for Clients acquisition;
– prepare business proposals and commercial offers;
– manage the Clients database;
– carry out e-mail marketing activities;
– organise and manage meetings and business calls with the Clients;
– create and edit promotional contents for marketing purposes;
– create and manage Google Ad campaigns.
The ideal applicant will preferably:
– have a university degree in Marketing, Economics or equivalent;
– have extensive experience with on-line marketing tools;
– have a work or study experience abroad;
– have good knowledge of a third language;
– be highly organised;
– have an autonomous attitude towards work;
– have excellent interpersonal and communication skills;
– have a pro-active attitude;
– have strong familiarity with the Macintosh (OS X) environment and Apple Keynote.

– good knowledge of the Microsoft Office Suite;
– extensive experience as Sales Manager.
