Event Manager

Kyani is a leading company in the network marketing industry and offers some Conventions (up to 8000 people), conferences, awards ceremonies, training sessions and gala dinners to his distributors.

Due to the on going success there is now the opportunity for an Event Manager to join the European team based in Rome, Italy.

Key responsibilities will include:

– Liaising with internal departments in EU and USA (marketing, events etc.)

– Liaison with third party suppliers

– Liaison with event agencies

– Budget management, cost tracking

– On-site management

– Full event logistics including travel and accommodation

– Providing strategic input into the event creation, along with production

– Project management of one large European Convention every year and of smaller events such leadership trainings, gala dinners, corporate events in their entirety.

Candidates must have agency experience or a proven background in delivering corporate events end to end including full logistics and budget management.

Good written and spoken English is essential.

This role will include travelling on a European scale.
